I made this piece after my mom made a comment referencing Tatooine. Few things rocked me back on my heels as much as seeing the twin suns of Tatooine for the first time. It's safe to say I've been a sci-fi devotee since I was wee (though I probably saw Star Trek first—and Star Trek is the true winner of my heart).
